MEK GL Propagation Session

GL Propagation is a hands-on sustainability initiative celebrating rebirth—creating new life from existing plants while promoting eco-conscious living. The program advocates for maintaining and maximizing a green footprint, demonstrating that small, intentional actions—when shared by a community with a common goal—can create lasting impact. Earth Day Propagation inspires everyone to nurture the planet—one leaf, one plant, and one thoughtful choice at a time.

Below is a program checklist ideal for planning and execution:

🌱 Program Activities

9:00 – 9:20 AM | Arrival & Morning Refreshments

  • Sign-in & drop off glass bottles / clothes for donation

  • Outfit check & photos

  • Safety briefing & role assignment


9:20 – 11:00 AM | Training & Hands-On Demonstration

  • Soil Mixing & Aeration

  • Bed & Destination Area Prep

  • Pruning & Propagation


11:15 – 12:30 PM | Mother Bed Stacking & Initial Planting

  • Mother Bed Stacking & Initial Planting


12:30 – 1:15 PM | Lunch & Circularity Corner

  • Handwashing & moisturizing before lunch

  • Interactive Lunch session with 💚 to 💚 on Fashion swap / glass bottle reuse / e-waste & donation.


1:15 – 2:45 PM | Final Planting & Aesthetic Arrangement

  • Finalize planting and final touches.


3:00 – 3:30 PM | Reflection, Photos & Clean-Up

  • Site clean-up & tool return/packing

  • After Photos before Handwashing & moisturizing after final activities.
